Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

It will typically take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and a further 2-15 business days for it to be delivered to you.

Exceptions apply.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address when you make your order. If you enter incorrect shipping details, ShotsByShema will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

Keep in mind that deliveries may take longer than expected based on factors such as bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, and other unavoidable circumstances.

The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.

Please note that import duties and any additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item cost or what we cover. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping depends on your location and is calculated at checkout. 

 We offer free shipping worldwide for all orders of two or more items (these may be of the same or separate products).

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

ORDER TRACKING

To track your order, please enter your order’s tracking number into our Track Order page. The tracking number is sent to your email after you have made your purchase. Please note that this tracking number typically takes two to five days to get sent to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will make it right. You can choose to exchange it for another of the same kind or request a full refund.
